CANCELLATIONS

TICKET AND TRAVEL CANCELLATION POLICY


Due to the increasing number of ticket and travel cancellations, particularly those at the last minute, NASC operates a cancellation policy. We understand that circumstances can change from time to time but we have a responsibility to our members to ensure we spend NASC funds wisely and don't waste it booking a coach when a minibus would suffice. Therefore at the club's absolute discretion, the following cancellation policy will apply to all ticket and travel requests until further notice:


CANCELLATIONS


When you order tickets and/or travel from us we will do our best to meet your request and likewise once we have allocated your tickets and booked any transport, you will be responsible for payment. If, for any reason, you have to cancel your application please do so giving as much notice as possible. All cancellations should be in writing by emailing the travel organiser.


TICKET CANCELLATIONS


Under no circumstances must you sell your ticket on to someone else, whether a fellow NASC member or not. NASC is an official supporters club recognised by Arsenal and if our tickets get into the wrong hands it jeopardises our membership. We need to know who our tickets are allocated to at all times.


If possible and at the Travel Organiser's discretion we will try to reallocate your cancelled tickets to another NASC member and the more notice we have the better chance we have of finding someone to purchase them. We will post a 'spares' message out to members. In the event that we cannot sell them, you will be repsonsible for the payment of the tickets you ordered plus the booking fee, and your cheque will be banked accordingly.


TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS


We order coaches and minibuses in advance and our method of transport is entirely dependent on the number of seats requested. We usually book our transport 8 weeks or more before a game so it is important that you let us know of any changes immediately. It can make a huge difference to our costs if we don't have to pay for additional seats that are not required. The difference in cost between a coach and a minibus is substantial.


Cancellation before transport booked - no charge (this is usually 8 weeks before a match but can vary).


Cancellation after transport is booked - charged in full (as we will be unable to change our transport method).


Thank you in advance for your assistance in ensuring cancellations are kept to a minimum, which will not only help secure club funds but reduce the administration work for our Travel Organisers.
