WELCOME TO THE NORFOLK ARSENAL SUPPORTERS CLUB
Norfolk Arsenal Supporters Club members can apply for match tickets and travel through NASC. You do not need to hold any membership with Arsenal (red, silver etc) in order to join NASC and apply for tickets.
We generally order 30 - 50 tickets for Arsenal home matches according to demand. Tickets must be applied for and paid for 2 months in advance (by cheque), and are allocated in accordance with our agreed Ticket Allocation Procedure. Most members get the ticket they want most of the time, but we cannot guarantee a ticket. Sometimes more members wish to attend than we have tickets for, especially key fixtures, finals and Norwich 'away'!
Arsenal control the tickets they allocate to us, and the majority of tickets are in the Clock End. You can request specific tickets (e.g.lower tier), but we cannot guarantee these will be received from Arsenal.
IMPORTANT NOTICE DECEMBER 2022 : HOME MATCHES
DUE TO HIGH DEMAND FOR TICKETS ARSENAL HAVE CAPPED THE NUMBER OF TICKETS AVAILABLE TO SUPPORTERS CLUBS WORLDWIDE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2022/2023 SEASON.
For the remainder of the season we will receive far less than our traditional allocation, which when combined with higher than usual requests for tickets from members means we will not be able to fulfill all ticket requests. If you are considering joining us please do so, but be aware we will almost certainly NOT be able to get you a home ticket for the rest of this season.
Return travel is usually by executive coach direct to the Emirates Stadium, picking up at Norwich, Wymondham, Attleborough and Thetford. If we don't have enough members travelling to justify coach hire, we may arrange a minibus or car share instead. The return travel cost for season 2022/23 is currently £25 for members, £20 for senior citizens, and £15 for children. Travel costs are always under review and may change during the season.
Members - please take your NASC membership card with you to the game as you may need this to gain entry to the stadium.
Away tickets are ordered subject to demand and are allocated in accordance with our agreed Ticket Allocation Procedure. This means away scheme members and members who travel regularly with us to away fixtures will usually have priority. Early booking is required to help us with ordering. A maximum of 12 tickets could be available. Travel is usually by car share organised by those going, but we may run a minibus subject to demand.
IMPORTANT NOTICE DECEMBER 2022 : AWAY MATCHES
Requests for away tickets from members is very high, with most games oversubscribed. If you are considering joining us please do so, but be aware that we will almost certainly NOT be able to get you an away ticket for the rest of this season.
A booking fee of £3.50 per ticket (£5 non member guests) is charged to help subsidise the cost of travel and wider club activities.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
If you are a season ticket holder, you are welcome to join NASC and travel with us.
TICKET AND TRAVEL CANCELLATION POLICY
All our ticket and travel places are allocated according to our agreed Ticket and Travel Policy and members are requested to read this before applying for tickets or travel with us. We book an executive coach or minibus when we know how many people wish to travel with us, therefore cancellations after we have booked the coach or minibus cannot be refunded. Members who cannot use a match ticket for any reason must contact the Travel Organiser - they will attempt to allocate an unwanted ticket to another member, but if they can't do so the original member be charged.
NON MEMBERS AND GUESTS
We do not accept requests for tickets or travel places from non members. If you are not a NASC member, please apply to join NASC first if you wish to apply for a ticket or travel place.
Members however may apply for tickets and travel places for their accompanied non-member guests. Non-member guests (when accompanied by a member) can travel with us if there is space available after all member applications have been processed, at a cost of £5 above member rates. Non-member guest requests will be considered after all applications from members have been processed.
