Norfolk Arsenal Supporters Club members can apply for match tickets and travel directly through NASC. We cannot supply tickets to non-members under any circumstances.
HOME MATCHES - TICKETS
For the 2023/2024 season we will receive a small allocation of tickets (around 20 per match) direct from Arsenal. If you join NASC, you can apply for one of these tickets.
The majority of the tickets we receive will be in the Clock End lower tier. Members can request specific tickets (e.g. upper tier), but we cannot guarantee these will be received since Arsenal control the tickets they allocate to us.
Our tickets will be made available to NASC members who also hold a separate qualifying Arsenal membership (Silver, Red, DA, Junior Gunner or Senior Citizen). You MUST hold both a NASC membership and a verified Arsenal membership in order to apply for and use a NASC ticket. We cannot supply a ticket to anyone who is not a member of NASC, or who does not hold a qualifying Arsenal membership.
HOME MATCHES - TRAVEL
Return travel is usually by executive coach direct to the Emirates Stadium, picking up at Norwich, Wymondham, Attleborough and Thetford and arriving at the stadium a couple of hours or so before kick off. If we don't have enough members travelling to justify coach hire, we may arrange a minibus or car share instead.
The return travel cost for season 2023/24 is currently £25 for members, £20 for seniors, and £15 for children. Travel costs are always under review and may change during the season.
Members with a ticket do not have to travel with NASC, but we do encourage it.
Members who have secured a ticket from another source, and members who are season ticket holders, are welcome to travel with us.
NASC is able to order a maximum of 12 tickets from Arsenal for each away match. How many we order depends on the demand, but we typically order the maximum 12 tickets.
Travel is usually by car share organised by those going, but we may run a minibus subject to demand.
WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF GETTING A TICKET?
If you join NASC we cannot guarantee you a match ticket.
We have a small number of tickets available for each match, and we have a membership of around 300 so you'll need to be realistic about your chances of getting a ticket.
We expect demand for our tickets will be very high for the coming season, and that for most matches
we are likely to receive more applications for tickets than we have tickets available. In such cases, tickets will be allocated in accordance with our agreed Ticket and Travel Policy - preference being given to those members who have ordered from us most often.
APPLYING FOR A TICKET
Members must apply for a NASC ticket well in advance of the fixture (typically 2 months in advance) using the club's official application form by post. Payment is currently by cheque only. Full details of the application process will be sent to you when you join.
A booking fee of £3.50 per ticket is charged to help with the cost of administration, travel and wider club activities.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
If you are a season ticket holder, you are welcome to join NASC and travel with us.
TICKET AND TRAVEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Ticket and travel fees are not refundable except in very limited circumstances.
Members who cannot use a match ticket for any reason must contact the Travel Organiser.
Under no circumstances can any member directly transfer or gift their ticket to anyone else.
Members who cannot use a travel place for any reason must contact the Travel Organiser.
Cancellations after we have booked the coach or minibus cannot be refunded.
NON MEMBERS AND GUESTS
We do not accept requests for tickets or travel places from non-members. If you are not a NASC member, please apply to join NASC first if you wish to apply for a ticket or travel place.
Members may apply for travel places (but not tickets) for their accompanied non-member guests. Non-member guests (when accompanied by a member) can travel with us if there is space available after all member applications have been processed, at a cost of £5 above member rates.
